Sprinkle surprise cakes are the perfect dessert for any celebration! Learn the tricks for creating a secret compartment to hold yummy treats, waiting to spill out and SURPRISE your guests! In this class instructors will also cover how to fill and smoothly ice a cake using buttercream. Once students have fully iced their cakes, they will be taught how to efficiently cover them with our signature NY Cake sprinkle mix. Add candles and you will be ready to party! All of the tools and materials required for the class will be provided in your class kit. In addition, this class requires the use of a turntable.
