Make this Valentine's Day a family event with a cookie decorating party!

Join us for a fun family-friendly activity that everyone can enjoy this Valentine's Day! Guided by an expert instructor in the comfort of your home, this class is a great family activity for those with younger kids, or older kids interested in baking. You and your family will learn the techniques to decorate Valentine's-themed cookies with royal icing and sprinkles together. Let your creativity shine through with tips from your instructor that participants of all ages will enjoy learning. By the end of class you'll have a dozen cookies decorated with LOVE, if you haven't already devoured them!

What You'll Learn:

  • How to make royal icing & achieve the proper consistency for different types of designs

  • Creative use of cutters

  • Techniques to decorate with royal icing

  • Troubleshooting common problems.

  • Valentine's-themed cookie designs


This class is held virtually with a live instructor. Families have the option to either purchase a kit from NY Cake Academy ($50-includes shipping) or collect and prep all the ingredients listed on their own prior to class. If purchasing a kit, you'll have the option to add the kit to your registration at check out. Please note, there is an order cut off on kits 5 business days prior to the class date.
