Participants must be 18 years or older when the program starts..
Learn the foundations of cake decorating and several piping techniques, including shells, stars, zig-zag and rosettes. The first ½ of this lesson will concentrate on mastering basic skills and proper technique. The second part of the class will focus on applying the skills you learned to create a professional looking textured buttercream cake. Filling, frosting piping, we will do it all.
Tools and Skills covered: Piping techniques that we will cover into his class include shells, stars, zig-zags and rosettes.
