This workshop was designed to learn how to model a realistic woman face in modeling chocolate over a dummy structure. You will be guided during the whole class to understand how to build the human face, considering the face anatomy and proportions. You will learn how to paint the bust giving the look of real skin using cocoa butter as a medium. I will provide information about how to make your own modeling chocolate and how to dye it using easy to find materials. You will learn how to use Rice Krispie Treat and how to apply it to build strong shapes. We will finish adding more details using a special mixture of modeling chocolate and fondant that is very useful not only for the bust, but also for all kind of cake decorating projects.
